Carrie plays an important role at Central Illinois Spine as one of our Front Desk Administrative Assistants. She recently joined the team in June of 2022 bringing with her positive energy & an outgoing demeanor. Her smiling presence is one of the first faces our patients see upon arrival at the clinic. She looks forward most to witnessing the success and happiness that our patients experience during their care at CIS. Not only does she assist with clerical and organizational tasks, but Carrie also provides support in the billing department.
Outside of work, Carrie loves spending time with her significant other, Sean, and their son, Parker. Parker certainly keeps her on her toes, but she wouldn’t have it any other way! She and her family enjoy all outdoor activities, especially boating, camping, and fishing. Most of all, Carrie loves going on new adventures and exploring new things together with her family.
Casey was a patient of CIS first and then wanted to join Central Illinois Spine team to spread her story with others and to celebrate the healing of others. Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time hiking and nature walks; as well as socializing with her husband, Kurt and all of her extended family and friends.
I struggled with the injury on a physical and mental level because I did not feel like myself. while I was completing my undergraduate degree at Illinois State University, I decided to compete in powerlifting again despite my injury. Physical Therapy helped me regain confidence and feel better overall. I found a passion in the industry because I was very familiar with the human body and exercise.
I know what it is like to have an injury put life on hold and use that knowledge to help treat my patients. While i no longer compete, I have found a new passion in helping my patients get back to living their lives to the fullest.

Chronic stress wreaks havoc on the body, and can eventually lead to hyper-tension and chronic back pain. The back pain is a result of tension and muscle spasms that occur when stress hormones are released. The tension will often accumulate in what are referred to as trigger points. These trigger points can be extremely painful, and need professional attention to resolve. Chiropractors have the knowledge and tools to relieve stress from the trigger points and to deal with underlying nervous system imbalances that may be keeping your body locked in patterns of stress and pain.
