This program helps people with making healthy choices and making it good healthy lifestyle choices with their food for people wo do not like to cook, don’t know how to cook, or don’t have a lot of time to cook. Food manufacturers have developed more healthy choices for people that are on the go, however they still want to make healthy food choices. This food plan is not perfect or the only way to eat, however it is a very healthy and practical way for people to eat a variety of food that tastes good and is convenient.
