My first injury was on disc L5 playing football in high school. Then overtime things began to get worse and I had very little hope in getting better. I went to many doctors and all they wanted to do was prescribe me pain killers. When the pills didn't help any longer my next option was surgery. As soon as they told me that I told them I'm to young for surgery. So I went through six epidurals that didn't help at all. I continued to suffer. I couldn't sleep, help out around the house, or do anything for myself. My fiancé and friends had to carry me to the restroom and do everything for me. I felt hopeless. Then I walked into Dr. Dickhut's office. Right away he said he could help. After about the fourth or fifth treatment on the DRX I felt a huge relief in my sciatic and pain level. From then I've been taking treatments and have been able to do a lot of things I couldn't have done before. I would like to thank everyone at Allied Health Group for everything they have done for me. If it wasn't for them I'd still be suffering. My experience couldn't be any better because everyone at Allied Health Group is amazing.

I have been having hip pain that was beginning to make it difficult to lift items and sometimes even walk comfortably. Dr. Bersche quickly determined my problem and after 3 visits I felt amazingly better! I then had a setback due to lots of lifting but after talking with Dr. Bersche about it he adjusted a different part of my body and immediately I felt relief. I no longer need pain meds and I find I can move more freely. This has been an extremely positive experience for me. Everyone here at the office is friendly, efficient and very competent. I am a self-employed stone mason specializing in patios. I make my living lifting and bending on my hands and knees. Prior to seeing Dr. Dickhut I was in so much pain that I was looking for an alternate lifestyle. I had trouble putting on my socks or bending, even doing nothing was painful. I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease at L4 and L5 with a bulging disc causing loss of nerve usage to my left leg. After the very first DRX treatment the pain subsided and midway through the treatment plan I was pain free for the first time in many years. I am now able to work (without pain medications) at what I love to do. Doc has also managed to greatly ease the pain in a shoulder that needed replacement surgery. 3 years ago if someone asked me about chiropractic I would have told them they were crazy. I have RA and have a lot of trouble with pain meds. My husband knew I was in great pain from my head and neck, and said he met a young man at his BMI meeting that I should see. I was skeptical but in so much pain that I made an appt. After the initial visit and evaluation I was still skeptical when he said he would be able to help me a lot. Gradually I began to see an increase in the range of motion in my neck. I hadn't realized that I had lost so much. I have enjoyed coming to his new office and learning about the advantages of chiropractic care. When I first started my treatment I was kind of skeptical because I had tried injections, physical therapy, other chiropractors and nothing had helped. I have a tear in my spine that is affecting both my legs and lower back. I had to stop doing everything that I loved. But due to the fine treatment Dr. Dickhut and his staff has given me I'm able to do most of the things I couldn't before. I would highly recommend the DRX treatment to all my friends and family.
